DIRECTIONS
Coming from Albany Area (South) – Get off exit 8A of the Northway (87), take a right off the exit onto Grooms Road. Go down Grooms Road for a couple of miles, at the intersection of Grooms Road and Route 9 (Gas station on right and Halfmoon Diner on left) take a left at the light onto Route 9. At the following light take another left into Halfmoon Executive Park. Office is 3rd building on the right.

Coming from Schenectady – Go down Balltown Road (go over Rexford Bridge), take a right onto Riverview Rd. Follow Riverview around bend to where it turns into Grooms Road. Go straight on Grooms Road for a few miles. At the intersection (Gas station on right, Halfmoon Diner on left) of Grooms and Route 9, take a left onto Route 9. At the following light, take another left into Halfmoon Executive Park. Office is 3rd building on the right.

Go down Balltown Road (go over Rexford Bridge); bear right onto Route 146. At the intersection of Route 146 and Route 9 take a right onto Route 9; follow signs for Halfmoon. Pass Wal-Mart on your left hand side; at the following stoplight, take a right into Halfmoon Executive Park. Office is 3rd Building on your right. |

DIRECTIONS
NYS Thruway North (RTE 87)
Take Exit 25 (Schenectady)
RTE 890 West to Exit 6 (Michigan Ave)
Turn right onto Michigan Ave, stay in right lane
Go to 3rd stop light
Turn right onto State Street (RTE 5)
Take 1st left onto McClellan St.
Go through 2 stop lights, St. Clare’s Hospital will be on the right
Pull into 1st driveway (Emergency Entrance)
Follow to rear of Hospital, near ER
Turn left into parking lot in front of furthest building (Bldg #700)
Go in main door to lobby, turn left down hallway
Office will be at the end |
